Initial Phase: 700,000 square feet; includes 3 multi-story generic research buildings, central services, housing and social infrastructure. First research building completed and occupied in March 2010.

This project is a Joint Venture between Kornberg Associates Architects and Japanese A/E firms Nikken Sekkei and Kuniken.
